App: Fitness App named "Talisma Wellness"

1. Access Settings
In the bottom right corner of the talisma wellness app interface, tap on the user icon to access the profile menu.

2. Locte Delete Option
In the Profile Menu Locate the Delete My Account Option

3. Confirmation
A pop-up window will appear, clearly stating: "Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data and saved preferences. Are you sure you want to proceed?"

Below the message, provided two buttons: "Cancel" and "Delete Account" in contrasting colors.
